ALI BISACCIA

Chief Executive Officer & Chief Technology Officer

Ali Bisaccia graduated with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, concentrating in biomechanics, and a minor in Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In 2022, Ali’s senior capstone project (NEUROSAFE) received The National Institute of Health’s Technologies for Cancer Prevention, Diagnosis & Treatment DEBUT Award.

Ali went on to pursue a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with a concentration in mechanics and design, at Northeastern University. Ali’s experience extends to her work as a mechanical engineer for esteemed companies such as BETA Technologies and The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory. In her roles, Ali contributed to various projects, applying her engineering skills to the development of innovative technologies. 

In addition to her engineering work, Ali serves as a Human Intelligence First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserve Corps. Her responsibilities include gathering intelligence through technical and interpersonal methods and identifying adversarial elements, strengths, dispositions, tactics, equipment, personnel, and capabilities.

Ali’s professional goal is to sustainably develop innovative biotechnologies that improve lives and address critical global issues.

JACKSON BISACCIA

Chief Operations Officer

Jackson Bisaccia is a highly accomplished multi-hyphenate creative and business consultant with a range of clients in the art, luxury hospitality, and tech spaces. His work leverages his diverse experiences and creative excellence through a strategic lens. Jackson’s work has been featured in The New Fest, Vogue Latin America, and The National Institute of Health Record, among other publications.

Jackson began his creative career as a professional ballet dancer before graduating from The New School in New York City with a B.A. in both Art & Visual Studies and Psychology. During his time at the university, Jackson received multiple honors and awards for his work exploring LGBTQ+ art, culture, and social ecologies.

Jackson creates teams and strategies that champion creativity, ambition, and precise execution. His collaborative nature and versatile skill set allow him to make meaningful connections that inspire focused and successful results. His work is driven by a deep care for client and colleague relationships, creative problem-solving, and attentive management. Personally and professionally he believes in the power of creativity, diversity, and sustainability.

PETER SPADARO

Board Chairman

Peter Spadaro brings over 35 years of leadership in cardiovascular sales and commercial strategy. He has served as Chief Commercial Officer at JenaValve and led SynCardia Systems as President, overseeing the commercialization of advanced cardiovascular devices. His career includes strategic roles at Medtronic in cardiac surgery and structural heart programs, and nearly three decades with St. Jude Medical in senior leadership positions across cardiac rhythm management, structural heart, and global marketing. Peter holds a Bachelor’s in Communications from Fordham University in New York City.

Peter is passionate about utilizing his extensive experience to uplift and foster developing talent in healthcare technology. Acting as a vital resource to Xander Medical, he has coached both Ali and Jackson to navigate strategic pathways, product development, and company growth.

AARON ENTEN

Business Development Lead

Aaron Enten is a biomedical engineer and entrepreneur, known for his expertise in bioengineering and technology commercialization. He holds bachelors degrees in Biomedical Engineering, Applied Math and Stats, and BioEngineering Innovation and Design, along with an MBA and a Ph.D. in Bioengineering. Aaron has founded several innovative startups, including Insight Optics, Inc., iNeurologics, and InteleHealth. His ventures are focused on developing cutting-edge medical devices and healthcare technologies that improve diagnostics and therapeutics, particularly in clinical and preventive healthcare settings.

Aaron also serves as an instructor and faculty member at the University of Washington and Georgia Tech, where he develops and delivers educational programs that equip the next generation of engineers and innovators with the skills needed to thrive in the healthcare technology industry.

Aaron was first introduced to Xander Medical through an advisory role in the NIH C3i program, where he helps guide the commercialization of promising biomedical technologies. Aaron works closely with the founders to support Xander Medical through strategic business development, effective finance strategy, and investor relations.

Gunderson Dettmer is the preeminent international law firm with an exclusive focus on the innovation economy. 


Ivan Gaviria, the leader of  Gunderson Dettmer’s Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices, spearheads Xander Medical’s legal management. He has worked with our founders since the earliest days of the company, utilizing his extensive experience in the tech start-up and venture capital industry to advise corporate strategy development.
